Sourced from Premium Vineyards in Paso Robles and produced at our winery in Crestline, California, the wine opens with floral aromas of raspberry, blackberry, mocha and black cherry jam. Flavors of fresh bing cherries, ripe blackberries, black cherries, bramble berry pie, mocha and baking spices follow with smooth tannins and medium acidity on the palate. Aged in a combination of French Oak and American Oak barrels (25% new) for one year prior to bottling.
