Our Viognier is sourced from La Presa Vineyard on the Santa Ynez River, and crafted at our winery in Crestline, California. On the nose, the wine opens up with yellow apricots and peaches, followed by undertones of pears, mango, and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is bright and refreshing with flavors of pineapple, pears, and tangerine that show throughout the long finish. Stainless steel tank fermented and aged for 3 months, sterile filtered to bottle with no secondary malolactic fermentation. Extremely fresh and lively, ready-to-drink upon release. Enjoy!
